SWEEEEEEEEEEEETTTT!!!!!!!! Looks just like my brothers Outback. Same color and year.. Nice car...

I suspect the overheating is due to blown head gaskets. I would run engine cleaner thru the motor and flush it out good to remove any metal shavings or oil being where it should not be. Then go aheand and put cleanoil in it, run it for a bit, drain it, and refill it with new oil.

Are you saying it needs new tires or it has new tires?

Looks like another pay day coming soon.

Guess it wanted to come home with me weeeee. This one is a year newer 2003 189,000 miles, and I drove it on the trailer. LOL That dont happen often. She said the head gaskets went out and water got into the oil. HMMMMMMMMMMMM I checked the oil, no water I can see. It must be going out the exhasut. She said it heats up. I may just replace head gaskets and new timing belt and sell it for the same. If I go another engine route I will ask $5000

almost perfect car inside and out. I had to give $1000 for this one. she wanted 1500 and took my bid of 1000 in a heartbeat.....New tires again.........
