The Second Amendment ends with, "... the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." Period. Straightforward. Easy to read and easy to understand. Unless, of course, you are a Democrat bent upon totalitarian rule over the citizens of the United States of America, which, quite literally, is a crime of treason punishable by death.
Synonyms for the word "infringe": limit, compromise, diminish, undermine, impair, weaken, disrupt, erode, etc.
Therefore ... if you could read, Swalwell ... you would know that The Second Amendment quite literally means the U.S. government has NO authority to limit the types of weapons we U.S. citizens can own and hold, whatsoever. You have broken your oath, as well, and have now disqualified yourself from holding the office of a U.S. Representative.
