I know all about that. I have 2 harbor frights 10x20 carports. I was out everyday knocking snow off of them. That lil lady who I work for I put one up for her and when had all that snow she was in Florida. It collapsed with the snow and beat the heck out of her new Lexus. Her son in law was suppose to come by and check on the place. I guess he forgot. Anyway he put her up a steel carport. Good for him.........
