Ah, using my own line against me, I see! LOL. My circumstances are a little different than they have been in the past. I've got significant cash outlays coming at predictable points down the road, so I need to store money somewhere safe where, on the designated dates, I can pull it out again at a gain, not a loss. There's no such confidence with the stock market these days. I fear a 20 to 50% pullback. That kind of narrows my options down to CDs and savings accounts. Savings accounts pay next to nothing these days. So I'm buying CDs.
