Things to spray them cockroaches every once in awhile with.
Might include: MOAB's, healthy does of lead in various forms, and for control of disease and such, a lot of high temperature fires from certain devices.......
Just my opine but I thought the same thing. Jes because these Turds have lost this particular fighting, it's when they go blend in with the civilians that they are dangerous..
Rule of thumb for qualified personnel.
If ya see one, kill it so it don't spread and do harm to anyone else. No questions asked...
