Apparently, these three (female) judges have not figured out that rape is not a crime of sex - it is a crime of power.
I bet they would rule that the woman in the vegetative state who gave birth in December wasn't raped - she's not young and hot, and never said 'no'.

She couldn't have been raped because she was too butch and unattractive. The sort of argument you aren't surprised to hear from men in a bar, unfortunately, but which comes as a shock when, according to Repubblica, it is written by three judges explaining why they quashed sentences for sexual assault. Especially when all three judges are women.
