A new driver has admitted carrying out two hit-and-run offences in the space of three weeks, leaving an injured motorist at the scene of one crash.

Hartley Wiseman, 18, claimed in court he 'did not realise' he had a duty to stay after crashing his Renault Clio twice and fled one scene because 'people were shouting at him'.
