It's 7° right now and bottoming at 5° by 7 a.m. This is a cold one... most nights have been more like 15°. We've gotten a little snow two or three times a week and I haven't been able to see the ground since mid-February. Today, I went outside to right a trash can that blew over a day or two ago and found it cemented to the ground by ice. I probably won't be able to move it for a few weeks!

I think that micro is getting even lower temperatures. The midwest is experiencing an early-spring polar vortex that, thankfully, is missing New England.
