Strength line of the DMIS has been tanking for a year.OBV is at the bottom and had been even with the last upturn..... And the last 2 times the Bollie bands got this tight it started another down turn........
Now with this news and cutting divie, This could get ugly........
Why do companies cut divies??? Could they be having a hard time making $$$$$$$$$ . we will see.
