Your conclusion is right, but the reasoning is wrong. All that will happen is that the sponsors of men's events will be forced to subsidize the women's events.

But you're right that there will be no more women's sporting events. The reason is that today's society seems to want men who pretend to be women to be allowed to compete against women. Once that happens, women will cease to even qualify for women's events. The exceptions are those that require grace or small stature. Women's skating will continue... as will equestrian and certain firearms events - where, I believe, women already compete successfully against men. Maybe cookoffs will turn into an Olympic event. Can you be a cooking athlete?

A thought about paying women athletes the same as men

I have no problem with how much or how little any athlete gets paid, but I can see a few problems with any requirement to pay men and women the same. If they are going to pay women the same as men they are going to have to charge the same or more for tickets and the same or more for advertising to have revenue for this equal pay. I don't believe enough people will be willing to pay the same. Not my fault, Im just reporting the facts, I didn't create them. In any case, I believe that any requirement to pay male and female athletes the same will result in there being no female athletes at all.
