There are several places in Georgia that finance their local govt by running speed traps and collecting fines. Out of state tags a specialty. Ya can pay ya way out of jail and come back for the court date if you like. The state of Ga has threatened to take away their city charter.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
