The debt can be reduced by simply verifying the ability to repay amounts borrowed by each individual borrower....
Of course the dimwit students won;t go to a local in state university and work in their off time to be able to pay for the cost of the education like my oldest dauhter successfully did. She had a little help from me but not a whole bunch...
Plus, once you get your Bachelors degree, nobody cares where it is from anyway. And then you can gety your master's online from anywhere.
These kids want to rack up huge college debts and then later they realize that they are supposed to pay them back and then claim they cannot afford to.
They could not afford to go to colege then, at least the one they went to.. Stay home and go locally if you must... Very simple.....
