I have found that diets don't work. If ya set out to lose weight you will achieve that goal, Go off the diet and put it back on. This goal has to be eating right every day every meal. If ya do that the weight will take care of itself.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
