It is supposed to be 65 here, and it isn't.

I don't think we're getting 2 or 3 months off from the electric AND gas bills.

we should take a few days away from February and July (arguably the hottest and coldest months of the year) and give them to April and September

I like this idea, but,in keeping with Arizona having its own time zone, I would like to make June, July and August each about four days long and put the rest in November an March when our heating/cooling systems usually get the months off.
