...in a semi related story, the states which have legalized marijuana are reporting legitimate sales are low because of the higher prices caused by taxes. The problem is "Untaxed Pot". There was a similar problem with "Untaxed Liquor" after prohibition. The solution the government found was the ATF (Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms folks) I predicted this way back. Now I will predict they will either throw Pot to the ATF or create an entirely new agency to handle it. Most likely a brand new agency. It will provide more opportunities for nepotism
