This is a common technique. I don’t know why they think it will work. I know exactly two people with numbers like this and I have them both listed in my phone. If it comes up as a number I reject it.
Already are. I have one that keeps calling and I keep blocking THAT number, but the scum just keeps changing the number. They use my area code the first 3 on my number but keep changing the last 4. like I will think they are close. Its getting crazy in phone land............
