...last time I rented a house I came home one day to find the landlord walking around inside. I asked him what he was doing and he told me that he had the right to come in and inspect any time. I splained to him that he had the right to come in and inspect at any reasonable time and it is not reasonable for him to be in my home when I am not home. Further, if I come home and catch you inside I am going to treat you like I would treat any other burglar.
Never had that problem again.

I didn't like being a landlord. The trash that rented from me , had more rights then I did............
and I screened them pretty good.
