I have been in the basement rewiring the basement lights.
I hope you threw the breaker before you started. My brother-in-law took down a ceiling fan today. Then I come over to help put up a light and caused quite a spark (to ground, not to me). At least then we knew the breaker was OFF.
I have been in the basement rewiring the basement lights. Seems the flicker all the time. I have replaced three outlets and one switch all to no avail. I am about at the "Call an Electrician" stage. I completely missed my nap today and am in a surly mood.
