Been away a lot. Just now returned home after spending day with my Grandson who turns 16 tomorrow. Large gathering at Olive GArden and a wonderful time ! Even the grandshildren grow up quick. He is my oldest grandchild and a strapping athletic young man.
He is in wrestling now after the Varsity football season, and will be going to the varsity volleyball team afyer that. He is starting strong safety for the varsity as a sophomore at Ohio Big School division (3000 students in the school), and very well mannered.
He is a soft spoken youngser who still loves his grandma and grandpa.
Awesome time today.
I am dealing with difficult decisions regarding my elderly father lately and needing to get him into more care at the home just around the corner from my house.
After 3 years of doing his laundry, and 7 months of getting him breakfast and dressed, and bathed in the mornings and returning late afternoons to take him to dinner, I am finally wore out and burned out...
As youknow, my work load is increasing and getting exciting at same time. So I need some help for him that I cannot afford time anymore at both ends of the day...
I feel badly, but I get NO help from my siblings...
Have gone back and tried to read as much as I could to get caught up.

I am going to bed soon as I am simply exhausted. I am so tired I am literally numb and cannot feel my face.
Haven't felt this tired since a little excursion and sleepless days and nights in Nam.

I am headed for my bathroom and a nice hot shower and from there find my bed and do some reading and wath some t.v. and go to sleep.
