...they hire the dumbest people they can. A lot of folks like me just walk away and let them keep the $6.50 rather than argue with them or to even understand what they are talking about.

RIBIT, I am truly surrounded by idiots.

I earned a cash-back of $6.50/ish.

So I tell the girl (yes, I called last week) to apply the $6.50 to my balance.

My online bill says I owe $6.50.

They deducted what I owed from my checking account, as I told them.

By NOT applying the cash-back, I now owe $6.50.

I TOLD THEM TO APPLY IT TO MY BILL SO IT WOULD BE ZERO.

THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ZERO WAS THIS GIRL'S BRAINS.

OH, SIGH.
