I sold a motorcycle to a guy who didn't have the full price but he wanted it so he gave me 300 down and I agreed to hold it til he came back with the balance. About a year later he hadn't come back and I was unable to get in touch with him so I sold it to another guy. Two more years go by and the original buyer called and wanted to get the bike. Told him he waited to long so he wanted his money back told him he waited too loong for that as well.
