When I came back from TX I closed an estate my friend was taking care of. The deceased left everything he had to st judes. We gave st judes almost $3,000,000 The guy loved kids. I took a truck full of new toys and stuffed animals to the christmas give away for needy kids. That was a fun property to close. I lived there for like a year cleaning the place up..........

I came across a few kids that survived cancer bec/ of St. Jude's.
I won't be leaving them 3 mill. but whatever is left over, they get it.
