...I wasn't in a front line unit. I had 20 rounds. The problem the guys in the front had was magazines. When ya in a firefight ya just pulls em out, tosses em and jams another one in and move on. When the crap was over they either couldn't find them or they couldn't go back to look for them. Since I only had 20 rounds I didn't need five magazines so I gave 4 to the grunts. Hope it helped.

How much time ya think it would take for US forces to roll over Venezuala and grab that mouthy little dictator?
He must be lost in the history boioks and seems to forget that we were not allowed to really go after the enemy. Many combat soldiers told me thatthey were not even allwed to have ammo. So if they were getting shelled and had incoming fire they had to go get permission to get ammo.
