...ya makes a v shaped notch at the anal opening, then splir the fish from there to the head. Ya then cuts from right behind where his ears would be if he had ears and up from in front of where them two little fin thingys right there where fish stops and fish head begins. Then ya twist the head and pull and everything from asshole to appetite comes right out. Oh yeah I forgot, if you are Greek ya leave the head on it. This is also a good technique for interrogating uncooperative terrorists. The first one don't say much but ya can't get the seoond one to shut up.
