Yesterday I saw a guy crossing the street, holding a pizza. I was thinking about this thread and wondering. If I hit this guy could I claim his pizza? If I were in Oregon, that is.
Welp, as far as I am concerned, if any food item is ON THE ROAD, whether it's pizza or groundhogs, YES, you may claim it.
You can eat it in prison because ya hit him with your car.
or maybe the coppers will eat the pie, dunno.

I do that, too. If I hear something that I know one of the posters is interested in, I make a note of it.
Of course, some RIBIT remarks made me laugh out loud at the weirdest places!
