I can get some salt, but it will take all day to put down. They only sell ordinary-sized shakers. Rolling Eyes

Below, a shot of part of the gravel driveway. The ice is about two inches deep over most of that. I really could skate on it.

The dark rectangle at the bottom of the photo is where the truck lived for a while. The ice thins out there, which is why I know I've got about two inches everywhere else.

Weather.com says we won't have any temperatures above 30° for at least the next 10 days. Also no more snow until the 20th. The forecasts are never right, though. Yesterday, today was predicted to be partly cloudy but dry. Instead, it snowed for ninety minutes.
