Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Slow Roasted Pork Ribs.
Dusted with rib-rub before the slow roasting.
Delicious.

Angie > RIB RUB??????????????

Yep Babe.
I'm using one of my McCormicks products. "Grill Mates"
Brown Sugar Bourbon. Cut the rack of ribs up into four
bone sections. Wrap and freeze the extra ones. (Or take
one out of the freezer and thaw it out.) Put two layers of
aluminum foil in the cook pan, wash the ribs real good,
lay them on the foil and dust them real good with the
spices. Seal them up in the foil and let the stuff
baste in for a while. Then bake in the oven at about
300 degrees fahrenheit for about two and a half hours.
Falling off the bone good.
Zim.
