Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns about our television commercials. We encourage open dialogue and the thoughtful exchange of ideas.

I apologize if you found the content of our commercial upsetting. The ASPCA's goal is and has always been to better the lives of homeless, abused, and neglected animals.

Though our message might cause discomfort, we believe it is making an impact, and hopefully, a measurable difference in the lives of the animals we serve.
