Continuing to study the spreadsheets (and chicken entrails).

Pfizer.
One thing to remember about Pfizer, is that in the 2009 ugliness they
cut their dividend in half - from $1.28 a year per share to $0.64 a year
per share.

Since then they have been increasing the dividend. For the last 6 years
or so that increase has been averaging about 6 and a half percent a year.
(I calculated about 8% in 2014, and just under 6 percent for this year.)

To put it more simply, PFE has been increasing the dividend by two cents per
share each quarter - once a year since 2013. (At least since 2013.)

For 2019 I am expecting to make $1.44 a share.
(We've made up the dividend cut. . . . )

Current dividend yield is about 3 percent.
