I decided to shovel it by hand instead of using the snow blower. I've found that the blower works best with deeper snow. Rocks on the gravel driveway tend to be a problem and prevent me from setting the skids as low as they might go if it weren't gravel.

Clearing the whole thing took close to five hours - and even so, it's coated with enough ice and frost that we struggled to get the 2-wheel-drive minivan out. (I had to lay strips of carpet under its tires since it doesn't have have snow tires or chains right now.)
