So what is new?
The Rich have always had the lions share of the wealth.
If you REALLY want to do something about it - Capitalism is the answer.
'They' talked about the 'swelling ranks of the Middle Class - in China.
Capitalism is how China did it.
Add in some anti-trust laws. Break up the biggest ugliest monopolies.
Use regulation sparingly - but stringently where it is most needed.
(Like for Power companies.) And re-enact Glass Steagall to further
curb some of capitalisms worst tendencies.
Grow the Middle Class and get the bulk of the people into it.
After that, who really cares what the uber-rich do.
