THats the right way to use credit pal. BUT the majority of these holiday spenders only make their minimum payments. most never stop paying on their CC'c. Thats the new new, Dont ya know ??? LOL. I dont have one CC...........

I think the reason for the increase is because MOST everyday people are not involved in the markets and consequently not bothered by them. As for using credit cards, there is nothing wrong with that. I bought everything on credit. I also pay it off when it comes due. As long as people pay for it in terms then it is fine. They should get a bump in their fico score.

I rarely pay cash for anything. I also pay off in full my CC balances every month. It is really all about managing one's household income. That can be done in differing ways and imo is an individual decision. Glad to see the Holiday sales increase personally. Hope some of the store chains can get some more solid footing.
I like Penney's. I like Kohls. I like Dillards.
Just something about seeing the product in person before buying.
