Now, I normally stay out of these conversations but . . . cream cheese, kathy? REALLY??? I was with you right until that point. Then you lost me. I remind you... cream cheese needs refrigeration or it turns rancid. I can't even guess why you'd want a jolly fat man to top your pie with it - but, if he has, KEEP YOUR PIE COLD. I recommend scraping the whole thing off with a good sharp knife, then packing it with ice chips or even some dry ice crystals (which may create an interesting fog effect around your pie for the next few hours.)
