A Merry Christmas to you also !
My children and grandchildren have left for the day and itis just mrs. micro and I here by ourselves. Sh looks stuning in her new outfit I bought her. I did good. It actually fits good and she likes it. Color is a mint green which is a color she can wear well. That is awesome.
My daughter got me new watch towear for work. It is a black dial and black leather band. Silver roman numerals for the time. Should go well with my black dress shirts and pants.
Our precious Maggie who was our four legged faithful dog of 14 years passed two Christmas's ago. She was a beautiful white Brittany and Beagle mix. Sweet disposition and highly intelligent animal. Loving and affectionate.
We have not replaced her yet as we could not bring ourselves to do so just yet. The pain of having to have your best friend euthanized is not something I care to go trough yet again.
But my daughter got us a new large pet cage that is foldable so if we do get a new dog in the near future we will have a place to keep it in and train it like we did Maggie. It took one day to train Maggie to be potty trained to go outside in a set aside area of the back yard and not in the house. Never had a problem with her for 14 years. So, maybe sometime in the pring our hearts might let us let her go and open up to a new love in a four legged friend, in our case another child.
Tomorow my father returns from my sister's home in Michigan. I had a weel off of tending to his needs daily. That starts again tomorrow.
I have been blessed to have such a faithful and loving wife who has stood by me in all my various job adventures in my lifetime and never said a word. She encouraged me and always lifted my spirits. I do not know what I ever did to deserve someone as special as she is.
She still is as beautiful as the time we married so many ears ago. What a blessed man that I have been. My children are intelligent beyond measure and their children are healthy, smart and athletic, both my 9th grade grand daughter and her 10th grade brother.
I love it when they are all over here visiting with us and enjoying the day and the fun together.
I think now I will jut go snuggle up with my lovely wife and just enjoy her company for awhile .
