...I am not a big believer in conspiracies but when every ammunition outlet in the country was suffering problems with keeping inventory levels up at a time when ever federal govt agency out there, including some that had no need for guns or ammo at all, bought millions or rounds. Im not certain it was a conspiracy but I think I saw a nappy headed guy wearing pants with a nice crease in em back there in the bushes.
