...shouldn't there be paperwork to get a condom same as buying a gun? At least the guys background should be checked. What if he is a serial emergency condom user? Maybe his internet search history too. That alone would keep many from ever getting on the approved eemergency condom list.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
