Man this turned out good. The chicken I pulled and it didn't have enough salt. I put some onion bits in it and lil Mayo and a lil BBQ sauce. Cooking it another 15 minutes yum. The pork loin is perfect, put some brown sugar on the last 15 minutes. What bark............. I'm killing me haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I used new to me hickory pellets this time. They smoke the whole time through the smoking. My wood chips were done in an hour or so. This smells SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. About another hour or so. Gonna be good...........
