I think it was Saturday night. Went down to one of my nieces house for a birfday party for mz ribits crazy sister. I like to go see them cause they are good folks. Anyway, I couldn't get comfortable anywhere I tried to sit. My nephew brought a recliner into the room and says "try this"> I walked around in front of the recliner and started backing up toward it and relized I was spilling coffee all over everything. Trying to concentrate on not spilling the coffee I stumbled backwards into the reciner, dumped a cup of coffee on my head, crashed into the recliner and went ass over teakettle turning the entire mess upside down. There was a moment of silence as people thought I might be hurt then huge guffaws when they realized I was only embarassed. Not to be outdone I reached in my pocket and pulled out my cellphone. Told em not to move anything I was calling my attorney. EVerybody got a good laugh at my expense. Im not kidding the recliner and me was like wylie coyoed and an acme recliner.
The worst part about getting old is embarassing yourself.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
