Pork Roll (also known as Taylor Ham)[1][2] is a pork-based processed meat originating and commonly available in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and parts of Pennsylvania and Maryland. It was developed in 1856 by John Taylor of Hamilton Square, New Jersey, and sold as "Taylor Ham".[3] Other producers entered the market, and subsequent food labeling regulations required Taylor to designate it as a "pork roll" alongside their competitors.

Did you ever hear of TAYLOR HAM? It is also called pork roll. It is very popular in the northeast. I have often thought of moving back because I miss certain foods. There is a website and you can buy it online. It is NOT come with a cook, so you have to take care of everything yourself.
