Banks were barred from being ones 'retirement account'
holder.

Obviously for good reasons.

P.S. Bank of America kept irritating me with nickel
and dime fees . . . I kept removing my business with
them and now I only have a fee-free checking account
with them. But the fact that I've found BOA ATM
machines everywhere (except West Virginia) I go . . .
Well, that has been convenient.
