If one of them did use an EMP bomb
Someone was asking me about an EMP event. Noticing that gas pumps are electricly driven, he asked me if he would have a problem getting gas. I said, "No, getting gas shouldn't be a big worry." "Oh,good," he was relieved. Then I said, "If your car was built after about 1980 it is full of electronics. It won't be going anywhere."
I was glad I could help him understand the situation.

Two things Babe.
1.) If one of them did use an EMP bomb to wipe out
American electronics . . . The correct response would
be nukes at inter-continental distance.
2.) Our Generals etc. etc. are NOT going to tell us
what sort of counters they already have in mind. Because
by doing so they would also be letting them know what
we have in mind.
While an EMP bomb might take out the strategic bombers . . .
I don't think it will have any effect on the Submarines.
