That was the Donald's plan from the beginning, albeit he hasn't always followed his own directives on this.

You can't breathe in those things. I made it in about 20 feet (ok, 10) and I needed oxygen. Actually, I need it now, too. When I got out, I had my head between my legs making these horrid noises.
They gave me my money back.
