Vote Harvesting
When I wuz taking a political science class in kollege our professor had a class one day on "Trends. He splained to us that when ya see a trend in Californina and then ya see it in Florida it means it's going to spread all over the country. Witness the vote harvesting in California. Witness the perpetual recounts in Florida and Georgia recently. Witness the number of elections that had been won by republicans who have somehow found enough votes to turn the elections upside down since the election. This is a TREND.
