It's a little more practical than that. I was wasting a lot of time posting images here only to find that they were huge and needed to be resized. (See any of oldCADuser's cartoons if you don't know what I mean.) Then the captions underneath the pictures needed to have carriage returns inserted at the proper places for whatever the picture widths wound up being. It was a pain.

At this point I can grab a picture's url and text, insert them into my template and post. No resizing or guesswork. Much faster and it looks better (see the image below which is set to 35% of the original width with text auto-justified to match the picture)... except maybe for those still using the obsolete and broken Internet Explorer.
