My son was hired by Walgreens when he was up here this summer. They gave him a lot of training and REALLY stressed customer service. At Walgreens, if a customer looks confused (and what are the chances of that at a drug store??), the employee must stop whatever he is doing and help the customer to find whatever it is that he or she is looking for.

That sort of nonsense will get you fired at Walmart.

I was just going to open a can of Campbell's when I saw your post.

I was going to ask the board what kind I should eat.

We all have so many problems.

I pick stocks on what (( I )) like. I love Walgreen's. Everybody seems to!

So, on the Campbell's situation, they are very well-known, sort of the king of soups, and I don't think they will ever have any significant kind of competition. If you save the "labels" you can "cash" them in for something. Sort of a fundraiser so you can pay more for their product.

Up to you, of course. I don't know what kind of effect a new Board will have on Campbell's.

But, this I do know. I have it in my cabinet.
