It seems Campbells ended the proxy war . . by adding two of
third points cronies to their board of directors, and giving them a
say in who the next CEO will be.
I hate this kind of carp. If third point had taken over, I was
going to sell out . . . if the Campbells board stayed in place
I would have held. Now . . .
I dunno.
