If it makes SENSE, they won't do it, ribit. Also, retired military have/or have access to GUNS. Getting to be a dirty word. Screw them. It costs the school systems A LOT for health care bennies, so if the military teachers did not require it, then yes, they should get some kind of partial payment.

The people in charge of the education think that the age old solutions that have never worked will suddenly blossom if they just throw enough of somebody else's money at it.
Great summation. In our lifetimes, the school curriculum has changed at least 10 times. The kids and their parents run the schools, no lie.
There IS a lot of waste in the schools.
I hope they never put me in charge. Oh boy!
