Just attached some freshly cured primed and painted plywood panels above the heat pump outdoors to protect it from snow and sleet and rain, and then went to storage shed to put away safety step ladder. As I was setting it in place my foot got caught on the 3 ton floor jack, threw me off balance and I went over sideways to the floor of the shed landing next to the Toro Super Recycler on my back.

Something apparently was on the floor under my right thigh on the outside cause it hurts like the devil.. In the center outside of the bone.

My back is killing me as well.
