Yep. I just watched a video. It'll take about 5 minutes . . . except that I don't have the tool I need to remove one of the two bolts that holds the thing together.

If it's not one thing, it's another.

I actually have a socket that fits these bolts. But whereas the first bolt had nothing above it and could therefore be taken off with one of the tools I've got, the second has only about an inch of room above the bolt. I therefore can't use a socket wrench. I'll need a standard quarter-inch wrench and I don't have one.

I have to go to a hardware store to get the two dollar wrench I'll need to fix the snowblower I need to get my truck out of the driveway. So, $#!+.

It should be an easy fix. I had the same thing happen many years ago on a lawnmower. Just had to take off the housing and install a new drawstring.
