SOME program is RUNNING which causes that circle to be going around and also why you have a delay.

That is occupying resources like Memory and processor which is you are having delays.

Your computer needs a good cleaning for malware and other possible trojans, rootkits, bad guys...

Kathy, please click on this LINK I am providing, and let your computer be scanned by COMODO online FREE scanning program. It will do a real good job and could find some things causing your computer trouble. Worth a try.

Micro, the only thing I can do at this point is buy a new computer and start over.

It will be under warranty, therefore they HAVE TO fix it everyday for a year if I need them to.

MICRO, why is that little blue circle going around ALL THE FREAKING TIME?

My cursor will not stop jumping around. I think it ate chocolate last night and it has a sugar high.
